Off The Mat: Rethinking Yoga
There’s a lot of cliches and stereotypes when it comes to yoga, and it’s easy to think - that’s not for me.
And I get it, it took me a long time to find a way in that didn’t involve smelling of patchouli and om-ing in public.
Off The Mat: Rethinking Yoga is a kind of handbook. A collection of short essays on areas that yoga intersects. There’s a little insight into some yoga philosophy, and maybe a few reasons why yoga might just be worth fucking with.
I created this, because it’s the kind of little resource and reminder that I wanted to have tucked in my back pocket or stowed away in my rucksack.
